||Forum: Revised City Charter for the City of Highland Park/CANCELLED. Unfortunately, the Forum to discuss the Revised City Charter for the City of Highland Park (initially scheduled for April 18 and moved to April 22) has been CANCELLED. We have not been able to secure a speaker from the City Council. Although we did have a speaker from the City Charter Commission, we needed both for a nonpartial presentation. The Highland Park Business Association will attempt to outline for the public what the revisions are and will again try to share this in a nonpartisan way with the community before the special May 7 election. LWVDetroit will do its best to put this information/event on our website.|
