Join LWV Detroit for the first virtual membership meeting of the new year on Saturday, January 15 (10 to 11:30am). Our guest speaker will be a representative from the Detroit City Clerk’s Office: Daniel Baxter, Senior Executive Assistant to the Detroit City Clerk (and formerly Director of Elections for Detroit). Mr. Baxter will talk about the role/services of the Detroit City Clerk’s Office, changes to the MI voting procedures, how we can work together to promote voting.
All are welcome. Membership Meetings are open to the public; you need not be a member to attend. Prior to the membership meeting, the membership chair will email a Zoom link to members.
