While the League’s 100th year took many unexpected turns—a global pandemic, economic hardship, a reenergized social justice movement—it proved to be a profound moment for our organization and for our democracy. We prepare to celebrate our 101st birthday in the wake of another epic milestone with more energy and optimism about the role of women in leadership than ever before.
