Anatomy of a Lame Duck

League of Women Voters Detroit and the Detroit Public Library are partnering in talks promoting voter education and tools for action.
Erika Rosebrook, of the MSUE Center for Local Government Finance and Policy, will guide us through what happened and what didn’t happen during the Michigan Legislature’s lame duck session, and what is happening in the Legislature now.
