October is Voter Education Month and, across the country, more than two million voters have already cast their ballots in the general election. Whether you are voting early in-person, by absentee or mail-in, or waiting for Election Day, now is the time to make your voting plan. A lot of voting rules have changed in 2020, including options for how, when, and where you can vote.
