May Detroit League Meeting

At Saturday’s, May 16th, Membership Meeting there will be two Special Presentations

LWV-Detroit’s President Emeritus & Secretary, Rhonda Craig will present the LWV-MI’s “KNOW WHAT YOU SIGN!” presentation concerning the state’s citizen initiatives and ballot proposals

and

LWV-US’s Regional Organizer, Genevieve Van Cleve will discuss the LWV-US’s Voting Rights Act Day of Action scheduled for five cities in the country (one of which will be DETROIT) to be held on August 8th and feature “Voices in the Movement, Poetry and Activism”
