Long-time journalists and unlikely friends Stephen Henderson and Nolan Finley launched the Civility Project, showing that civility is possible and why we should all embrace it to move forward in life and work. They also offer tips for building civility in your life, starting now.
LWVMI is very lucky to host an hour-long Civility Project presentation by celebrated journalists Nolan Finley and Stephen Henderson on March 22, 2024 at 12noon.
Mr. Finley and Mr. Henderson have been longtime friends despite their different perspectives “on pretty much everything.” They agree on the importance of their friendship, which includes a healthy dose of disagreement and mutual respect. The two have developed a program to build healthy disagreement and constructive dialogue while teaching people how to build civility in their relationships.
