The mission of the League of Women Voters Education Fund (LWVEF) is to encourage the active and informed participation of citizens in government. By providing voter registration and election information as well as voter services and citizen education activities (e.g., voter guides, VOTE411.org, candidate forums, and debates), the LWV Education Fund seeks to do the following:
- Build citizen participation in the democratic process,
- Study key community issues at all government levels in an unbiased manner, and
- Enable people to seek positive solutions to public policy issues through education and conflict management.
Donations to the LWV Education Fund, a 501(c)(3)corporation, are fully tax-deductible where allowed by law.
