The first of two televised debates between Gov. Gretchen Whitmer and Tudor Dixon will take place on Thursday, October 13 at 7pm. The debate is expected to run for an hour.
Hosted by WOOD-TV, the debate will air on WOOD TV8 (Grand Rapids) and be shared with various media partners in lower Michigan. Viewers can watch either on television or online at woodtv.com. Bridge Michigan plans to embed the debate on its home page and live stream.
Political reporter Rick Albin will moderate.
The second debate will be held on October 25 at Oakland University in Rochester.
